Information this site can receive

A troop request can include a ZIP code, adult name, email, optional phone number, selected tasks, and a note. An intake can include requested dates, tasks, add-ons, and household instructions. Account and visit features can hold adult account details, parent-managed child access, booking details, and visit updates or photos. A ZIP finder search checks coverage by ZIP.

Signing in and children

Adult sign-in uses a one-time email link, and a session cookie keeps the adult signed in. Parents create and manage child access. The site does not publish child profiles or live location tracking.

Child photos

Visit photos are private to your household and the responsible parent — never public. They’re deleted 90 days after your last visit.

Access and deletion

Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your household. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Do not submit door codes, alarm codes, or other sensitive access details anywhere on this site.
